The mainstream media is constantly trying to make Donald Trump and the Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency look like the “bad guys” when it comes to their crackdown on illegal immigration. However, what just happened in Texas shows that Trump and the ICE are often acting in the best interests of the immigrants themselves.

Fox News reported that 76 illegal aliens were found stashed in the back of a tractor-trailer last week at a border checkpoint just north of Laredo in South Texas. The driver, who remains in custody, was determined to be a U.S. citizen.

Border Patrol agents stated that the immigrants come from Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala and they are all in good health. Thirteen of the immigrants were unaccompanied children.

Laredo Sector Assistant Chief Patrol Agent Gabriel Acosta spoke out to call the incident a “blatant disregard for human life” that “will not be tolerated.”

“These criminal organizations view these individuals as mere commodities without regard for their safety,” Acosta said in a statement. “The blatant disregard for human life will not be tolerated. We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to disrupt and dismantle these organizations and prosecute those responsible.”

The mainstream media has been trying to hide the dangerous side of illegal immigration. In cases like this, Trump’s ICE is trying to act in the best interest of the aliens by rescuing them from a situation that could kill them.

This comes after San Francisco Gate reported that ICE officials have begun preparing for a massive sweep in San Francisco and other Northern California cities in which federal officers would like to arrest 1,500 illegal aliens. A source familiar with the operation said that in doing this, ICE is hoping to send the message that immigration policy will be enforced in the sanctuary state.

The campaign will reportedly be centered in the Bay Area, and it could begin in the next few weeks. The source, who requested anonymity, said that if it is successful, the operation would be the biggest enforcement action of its kind under President Trump.

The source went on to explain that the operation will target people who have been identified as targets for deportation, including those who have been served with final deportation orders and those with criminal histories. This number may increase, however, if officers come across other undocumented immigrants in the course of their actions and make what are known as collateral arrests.
